Does Balega really examine every pair of socks?
Yes! Each pair of Balega socks is hand-inspected by our team of dedicated inspectors, named and pictured on each pair they examine. Compared to the industry standard of 1 in 50, every single pair of Balega socks is hand inspected by our dedicated quality inspection team to ensure they meet our highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Our sock inspectors take great pride in their work. That is why they are featured on the stickers of each pair of socks they inspect.
What is the warranty on Balega socks?
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all Balega socks
What is Balega shipping policy?
We do our best to ship all orders within two business days, excluding public holidays. As we use local couriers, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Estimated delivery times for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are 1-4 working days. For other states, delivery times may be longer. Due to current delivery conditions, delays may be expected.
How does Balega handle returns and exchanges?
Returns: Balega Asia Pacific accepts returns of faulty products purchased within 12 months of the original purchase date from our website. Please contact us at sales.au@4implus.com and include your invoice number, a description of the defect and photos (where applicable). If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back into your bank account from when it is processed by our facility. If the product was purchased from a third party, goods must be returned to place of purchase.
Exchanges: Balega Asia Pacifc offers a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, please contact sales.au@4implus.com. Please note that natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
